A "bob cut" hairstyle is a short haircut for women (and occasionally men) in which the hair is typically cut straight around the head at about jaw-level, often with a fringe (or "bangs") at the front. A type of short haircut which called “bobcut” is for both genders male and female.

So who can wear the bob? Anyone with a nice jawline and neck will look good in a bob. If you have a round face, a long bob is a better option for you. As for hair texture, bobs work best on thin to medium hair.
